Welcome to Outlne! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our social media planning platform, image composition tool Amplify, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using Outlne, you represent you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Service Description

Outlne provides tools for planning, scheduling, and analyzing social media content, including AI-powered features and Amplify, a public image composition tool. Amplify allows users to upload images, apply overlays, generate templates, and export composite images in various formats. Users may create public templates accessible via shareable links.

4. User Content

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, create, or share through Outlne ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

License to Outlne: By using our Service, you grant Outlne a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and display your User Content within the Service as directed by you
• Technically process your User Content (including formatting, and resizing) to ensure compatibility with the various tools from the Service
• Analyze content to provide AI features, recommendations, and insights
• Create backups and maintain copies for disaster recovery and service continuity
• Generate previews and thumbnails for interface display and template sharing

AI Processing: When you use our AI tools or Amplify:

• Your content may be processed by internal or third-party services
• AI-generated outputs are based on your inputs; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving them

Modifications for Service Operation: We may make technical modifications to your User Content only when necessary to:

• Convert file formats for storage or display
• Compress media to optimize performance
• Apply watermarks or branding for opted in marketing (if using free tier features)

Your Control: You maintain full control over:

• Which content is shared to connected social platforms
• The final published version of all content
• All editorial decisions regarding your posts

Template Sharing and Amplify: If you use Amplify to create templates and generate shareable links, you acknowledge that:

• Templates shared via link are publicly accessible and may be used by anyone with the link
• We do not moderate or control how others use your template after sharing
• All uploads into public templates are processed temporarily and deleted after a reasonable retention period unless saved by the user (Paid Plan, users can delete template that they have created via the Amplify Service)

Representations: You warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights to all User Content
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and platform guidelines
• You have obtained all required releases for any persons or property depicted

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Use Amplify to create or distribute misleading, explicit, defamatory, or harmful content
• Misrepresent generated content as official, factual, or endorsed by any entity
• Exploit public templates for data scraping, phishing, or content abuse

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. AI Tools and Amplify

Our AI features and Amplify tool are provided "as is." You understand that generated images or outputs may not be perfect and should be reviewed before public use or distribution. We do not assume liability for errors made on the users behalf.

8. Beta Features

Beta features may change, or be discontinued without notice. Your feedback helps improve our Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service for any violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, access to user-generated content may be revoked or deleted.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTLNE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We are not responsible for how others use your shared Amplify templates or the content they generate using them. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from misuse or unauthorized use of your templates or shared content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Body], unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
